At every center the purchase fee is charged after arrival, together with international shipping (except orders already prepaid). Only Japan has a remittance fee, charged per payment to a seller (per item for Mercari and other flea markets and Yahoo Auctions, per actual remittance for shops; ¥180 under ¥25,000, ¥250 from ¥25,000). AirShip Members pay no purchase fee. Unconfirmed cash-on-delivery shipping is also billed after arrival and weighing. Duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

We check the package and quantity on arrival and upload photos. Multiple orders can be combined.
3Shipped overseas
Pay international shipping and the fee and we send it by EMS or express air: 2-4 days to Japan, 3-6 days to China.

Outbound shipping from Korea depends on destination, weight and volume, so we quote from the actual parcel instead of a rate table. After arrival we show EMS and express options and you pay then. Multiple orders can be combined into one box.

Yes. Cards issued in Japan, China and elsewhere are accepted. Payment is made in Japanese yen (JPY) by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more. The yen amount is shown on the payment screen.
1-3 days for the seller to reach our center, then 2-4 days to Japan or 3-6 days to China. Bunjang can take longer depending on the seller.
Your country's rules apply. In Japan, personal imports up to about ¥10,000 taxable value are usually duty-free. Any duty is paid on delivery.
Damage or wrong items found in inspection photos are handled with the seller on your behalf. C2C items are rarely returnable, so check the condition notes.
We refund that item's amount to your voucher balance right away. You can use it on your next payment or request a bank refund on the voucher page. If you paid by card, we can also refund it to the card on request.
Voucher you top up by bank transfer can pay for both items and shipping. Bonus vouchers such as the welcome voucher or top-up bonus can be used only for shipping payments after arrival.
