Delete your AirShip account

You can delete your AirShip account yourself in the app or on the web, or ask us by email. Deletion cannot be undone.

How to delete

  • In the app: Go to App > Account > Delete account at the bottom.
  • On the web: Sign in, then tap Delete account at the bottom of My info (airship.click/profile). Go to My info
  • By email: Send a deletion request to help@airship.click from the email address you signed up with. We need it to come from that address to confirm the account is yours.

For your security, if you signed in more than 10 minutes ago you will need to sign in again before deleting.

What gets deleted

  • Account: closed immediately, and you are signed out on every device. Your sign-in email and the profile details we received at sign-up (such as your name) are erased, so you can no longer sign in.
  • Contact details and address: mobile phone number, English name, address, postal code
  • Saved shipping addresses (address book)
  • Personal customs clearance code
  • Business details (business registration number, company name, representative)
  • App push notification tokens and device details (platform, app language, app version)
  • Marketing consent is withdrawn, and any active membership is cancelled automatically.
  • Free vouchers received from events or rewards expire and cannot be restored.

Settle these first

You cannot delete your account while any of the following remain. Please finish them, then request deletion again.

  • Orders and shipments in progress (drafts not submitted for more than 7 days are excluded)
  • Auctions you are bidding on
  • Charged voucher balance: request a refund first. You can delete your account once the refund has been processed. If you have an outstanding amount to settle, let us know through a 1:1 inquiry.
  • Voucher top-up or refund requests still being processed
