FAQ
How much are the fees?
The purchase fee is ¥300 per item in Japan, 8% of the item price in China and ₩3,000 per item in Korea, all charged after arrival together with international shipping. Only Japan has a remittance fee, charged per payment to a seller. AirShip Members pay no purchase fee.
When is international shipping decided?
After your parcel arrives at the center and is weighed. For an estimate, try the shipping calculator on the pricing page.
Which payment methods can I use?
Japan and China buying: card (charged in JPY), bank transfer or voucher. China forwarding: bank transfer or voucher. Korea buying: card, including foreign-issued cards. Kakao Pay and Naver Pay aren't available right now.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1-7 days from the seller to our center, then 3-5 days from Japan or 3-4 days from China (air) to Korea. From the Korea center: 2-4 days to Japan and 3-6 days to China.
Can I get several items in one box?
Yes. Orders that reach the same center can be consolidated into one box to save on shipping.
What about customs duties?
For delivery to Korea, goods under USD 150 (USD 200 from the US) are usually duty-free; above that, duties and VAT apply. A personal customs code (PCCC) is required.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
If inspection photos show damage or a wrong item, we ask the seller for a return or exchange on your behalf. Items from individual sellers usually can't be returned for a change of mind, so check the condition before ordering.
Can I buy Mercari auction listings?
We don't accept buying requests for Mercari auction listings. Please request fixed-price items only. Yahoo Auctions is available through our bidding service.
Can I have it delivered to an address in Japan or elsewhere?
Japan and China buying deliver only to a Korean address (5-digit postal code) with a PCCC. For any other address, please ask us in chat before ordering.
