At every center the purchase fee is charged after arrival, together with international shipping (except orders already prepaid). Only Japan has a remittance fee, charged per payment to a seller (per item for Mercari and other flea markets and Yahoo Auctions, per actual remittance for shops; ¥180 under ¥25,000, ¥250 from ¥25,000). AirShip Members pay no purchase fee. Unconfirmed cash-on-delivery shipping is also billed after arrival and weighing. Duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

The purchase fee is 8% of the item price. You pay the item first; the fee is billed with international shipping and any unconfirmed cash-on-delivery costs after arrival and weighing. AirShip Members pay no fee.

Yes. Items from different sellers are combined into one box once they all arrive at Huizhou. Pick the orders to combine in My Page and request shipping.
Goods under USD 150 are generally duty-free; above that, duty and VAT apply. A personal customs code (PCCC) is required and the declared value is calculated automatically.
Damage or wrong items found in QC photos are returned or exchanged with the seller on your behalf. Chinese sellers rarely accept change-of-mind returns, so check options and sizes before ordering.
Prices are in the local currency and are converted to KRW at the rate at the time you pay. KRW amounts shown on screen are estimates and may shift slightly at payment.
We refund that item's amount to your voucher balance right away. You can use it on your next payment or request a bank refund on the voucher page. If you paid by card, we can also refund it to the card on request.
Voucher you top up by bank transfer can pay for both items and shipping. Bonus vouchers such as the welcome voucher or top-up bonus can be used only for shipping payments after arrival.
